Machine features
1. This machine is a newly designed CNC pipe threading lathe.
2. The machine bed has an original three-layer wall structure, and the rear wall is arranged with a 12° inclined plane. The width of the guide rail surface of the machine bed is 550mm after ultrasonic quenching and precision grinding, which effectively guarantees the accuracy and service life of the machine tool.
3. Integral gearbox type spindle unit, two-speed frequency conversion, stepless speed change within the gear, which not only meets the requirements of thread finishing, but also achieves high-efficiency cutting. It is completely different from the CNC lathe which is modified on the basis of the ordinary lathe.
4. The application of hardened precision grinding gears and high-quality bearings ensures good low-pitched noise from machine tools.
5. The spindle box adopts a powerful external circulation cooling and lubrication system, which not only reduces the temperature rise of the spindle, but also effectively keeps the spindle box clean and lubricated.
6. The X and Z axis adopt high-precision ball screw direct drive and screw pre-stressed tension structure, and the Z-axis screw nut hanger is an integral casting structure. The guide rail is pasted with YT soft belt, and the width of the saddle board is 300mm and the length is 550mm, which improves the guiding accuracy and machine tool accuracy retention, and effectively improves the service life of the machine tool.
